Eligibility for Refunds
At MeowMio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached (for clothing, harnesses, and accessories)
- Undamaged and in resalable condition (for bowls, carriers, and grooming products)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain grooming products may not be eligible for return once opened.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened toys (for pet safety reasons)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used grooming tools
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team via email to initiate your return
- You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
- Package your item securely with the original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- You will receive credit to your original payment method
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility
For defective or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our standard return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
